Santi’s career revolves around using technology to bring people together.
After studying computer science at Caltech (for free - fun story), he became one of Tinder’s first backend engineers, helping scale the company to almost 100mm users and to the #1 top-grossing app in the world.
He’s founded and led several organizations: the 400-person LA Algorithms meetup, a Portuguese creative tech + artist studio, Poke Radar (#1 utilities app, acquired by Glu), + more.
At Ditto, he leads the team, designs, codes, recruits, pitches, manages, & QAs.
Lucas, known as Tuna, heads our frontend development team.
His expertise in React Native has allowed us to build a performant, world-class mobile app with virtually no funding.
Before joining Ditto’s founding team, Tuna employed his finance and comp sci backgrounds to design, develop, and deploy financial forecasting tools for Fortune 500 companies.
Tuna also worked in cloud computing while a student in Silicon Valley.
In the fun department, he served as President of the 150-member Santa Clara University Soccer Club.

Sarah’s contract with Ditto literally reads Fun Patrol. Her primary role is to ensure Ditto is the absolute funnest app, team, and company in the world.
She single-handedly heads our QA department, PM systems, community efforts, and communications.
Before founding Ditto, she helped found Snap's diversity & inclusion team, where she also co-lead the women's group, the Women in Engineering Summit, and Snapchat's national conference presence.
Sarah graduated from UCSB, where she completed three years of behavioral and cognitive research and served as the logistical supervisor of the Alumni Association.

Michael owns our servers, devops, logging, databases, infrastructure, deployments, and analytics.
He’s also on the QA team, specializing in debugging the trickier, technical bugs.
He first started programming at 14, founded his school’s FIRST robotics team, and received rookie of the year.
He went on to study CS at UC Irvine, where he did collaborative filtering and machine learning research and developed a recommendation algorithm for Yelp in the RecSys Challenge.
Before founding Ditto, Schwinger worked at iHerb, a top 50 e-commerce company.

Parker is Employee #1 at Ditto.
He says he double-majored in student loans and pineapple pizza at UC Berkeley, but the diploma definitely says geophysics.
a/A Education Hackathon champion.
Previously, he did full-stack at a startup and saw 1000x user growth.
If he’s offline, he’s either surfing Santa Cruz or climbing Yosemite.
Cormac focuses on Ditto’s business strategy, data, and revenue.
He is a senior associate at ScOp Venture Capital, a firm known for its success funding pre-growth technology startups.
Cormac double-majored in finance and accounting, after which he became an early member of Tinder’s data analytics team, where he worked closely with the data science team to optimize scaling, user engagement, and monetization.
While at Tinder, he supplied data-derived business intelligence that proved instrumental in the highly publicized success of parent company Match Group’s IPO.
